Practice Manager
The Practice Manager is Ms. K Colsell.
Kathryn Colsell is the Practice manager she has worked in Management since 1969 and spent 4 years in America increasing her skills within a different health framework returning to this country in 1995 and taking up a practice manager position at Great Cornard.
She moved to Victoria Surgery in 2001 and since that time has worked closely with the partners to provide support and strategic development for the Practice.
She deals with the practice administration and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
We also employ 9 receptionists, 2 secretaries, 2 administration clerks and 4 staff in the dispensary who help deal with your enquiries and medical records.
Confidentiality of the medical records is protected by the staffs' contract of employment and the Data Protection Act.
